One Week to Go — and Pierre Poilievre Still Has No Platform. Just Bull. Danny I.P. – No Retreat. No Surrender. April 21, 2025
Seven days until Election Day and Pierre Poilievre has finally promised to release his fully costed platform. Tomorrow. After millions of Canadians have already cast their votes. After weeks of dodging, spinning, and hiding behind slogans.
It’s not leadership. It’s cowardice.
Let’s be real—if you’ve got a plan that can stand up to scrutiny, you don’t drop it in the eleventh hour when Canadians are already voting. You put it out front. You show your work. You own it.
But Poilievre isn’t showing anything. He’s stalling. He’s bluffing. And now, under pressure, he’s throwing out the same tired lines:
“Axe the tax. Build the homes. Lock up the criminals. Bring home the country we know and love.”
Spare us the bumper stickers, Pierre.
And 2.3 million homes? Who is he trying to kid? Is that stretched out over 20 years—or is he planning to use monopoly money to pay for it? Coming from the same guy who lied about building 200,000 homes when he wasn’t even Housing Minister, Canadians have every reason to doubt Poilievre’s fantasy numbers.
Where’s the accountability? Where’s the real math? Where’s the truth about what he’ll gut to pay for these promises? Because let’s be honest—there is no Poilievre plan that doesn’t involve slashing public services, defunding CBC, deregulating industries, and selling off Canada piece by piece to his corporate cronies and American overlords.
This is the guy who:
• Lied about building 200,000 homes—he wasn’t even Housing Minister.
• Peddled conspiracy theories while hiding from security vetting.
• Refuses to answer questions on foreign interference in his leadership race.
• Admitted he’d use the notwithstanding clause however he sees fit—effectively declaring himself above the Charter.
• Promises to “cut red tape”—we know what that means: cutting health care, protections, climate policy, and worker rights.
And now, with one week left, his big reveal is tomorrow? That’s not transparency—that’s calculated deception. It’s treating voters like fools.
Compare that to Mark Carney and Jagmeet Singh—both released their fully costed platforms days ago. Carney’s includes massive housing investments, lower income taxes, and a visionary health care plan. Singh’s is bold on justice, affordability, and climate. Both are open books.
Meanwhile, Poilievre’s still writing the cover page of his Choose Your Own Disaster novel.
Here’s the truth: Pierre Poilievre has no platform. He has a plot. A plot to manipulate, mislead, and bulldoze his way into power with no accountability, no transparency, and no respect for the people of Canada.
And if Canadians give him a pass because “he talks tough”? We’ll be the ones paying the price—with our services, our rights, and our democracy.
We’re not buying what you’re selling, Pierre. It’s all bull. And the clock is ticking.

I’ll be very surprised if we even see a platform before election day.
